Privacy Policy

This Tool collects and transmits zero personal data. Because it is a fully static, client-side application with no backend, no servers, and no accounts, most traditional privacy concerns simply do not apply.

What We Do Not Collect

• No personal information (name, CNIC, email, phone, address, etc.) is ever requested or stored on any server.
• No calculation inputs, results, or usage data are sent to any third party or analytics service.
• No cookies are used for tracking, advertising, or cross-site profiling.
• No third-party scripts, beacons, or trackers are loaded.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The only data stored is for your own convenience:

• Calculator inputs on mobile devices (via localStorage) so you do not lose work when switching between Parameters and Results views.
• Standard Progressive Web App (PWA) cache and service worker data required for offline functionality.
• Your language preference (en/ur) for the legal pages and main app.

You can clear all of this data at any time through your browser’s developer tools or by uninstalling the PWA. Uninstalling removes all local data associated with the app.

Legal Framework (Pakistan)

As of May 2026, Pakistan does not have a comprehensive Personal Data Protection Act in force. The primary applicable statute for online services is the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 as amended in 2025. This Tool goes far beyond minimum requirements by collecting nothing that could identify you. We voluntarily align with the spirit of the PKCERT Pakistan Information Security Framework 2025 (Essential Data Protection and Privacy Controls) and international best practices of data minimisation and transparency.

Children’s Privacy

The Tool is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in Pakistan). We do not knowingly collect any information from minors.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The date of the latest review is shown below. Because we collect no personal data, changes will almost always be clarifications rather than new collection practices.
