Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using the Islamabad Tax Suite (the “Site” or “Tool”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Nature of the Service
The Islamabad Tax Suite is a free, independent, community-built reference tool. It provides educational calculations and estimates based on publicly available schedules published by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Capital Development Authority (CDA), and other government bodies. It does not constitute professional tax, legal, financial, or investment advice of any kind.
No Warranty & Accuracy
The information and calculations are provided “as is” and “as available”. While every effort is made to keep rates current (auto-updated around the 5th of each month from official sources), the creators make no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Official statutes, S.R.O.s, Finance Acts, and notifications issued by FBR, CDA, or other competent authorities shall always prevail in case of any discrepancy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huzaifa, the creators, contributors, and any affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, this Tool or reliance on any calculation or information presented herein.
Your Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for verifying all results with the relevant government authority (FBR IRIS portal, CDA offices, ICT Excise, etc.) before taking any action.
- You should obtain independent professional advice from a qualified tax practitioner, chartered accountant, or lawyer for any actual transaction or filing.
- You must not rely on this Tool as the sole basis for any financial, legal, or regulatory decision.
Intellectual Property
The original content, structure, and presentation of this Site are the property of the creator. Publicly available government schedules and rates remain the property of their respective issuing authorities. You may use the Tool for personal and internal business reference. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute large portions of the codebase or content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time without notice. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the latest review appears at the bottom of this page.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
